  • Managing your subscription (renewals, cancellations)

  • Purpose: Send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links, invoices/receipts) and handle support and privacy requests

  • Location: European Union and United States (covered by Google's EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and Standard Contractual Clauses)

4.2 Legal Obligations

We may disclose your personal data if required by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities (e.g., tax authorities, law enforcement).

4.3 Business Transfers

If we undergo a business sale, merger, or acquisition, your personal data may be transferred to the new owner. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

After Retention Period:

Data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify you.

10.3 Transactional Communications

You will continue to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, download links, support responses) as these are necessary for contract performance. These are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of whilst you use our Services.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at privacy@hyperadvancer.com and we will delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., event organiser websites, payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing personal information.
