2. Services Provided
We provide market intelligence about longevity industry events, conferences, and the surrounding ecosystem. Our Services are:
2.1 Longevity Events Pulse (free)
- A free quarterly visual report on the longevity events landscape
- Delivered as a PDF by email after you request it on our website
- By requesting it, you also join our mailing list for future editions; you can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 11.3)
2.2 Bespoke Intelligence Briefs (paid)
- A detail-rich report answering one client-specific question from our events database
- Launch price of €500.00 per brief, excluding VAT where applicable; larger scopes quoted individually before work starts
- Scope, price, and delivery date are agreed in writing (email) before payment
- Paid per engagement via a Stripe payment link or invoice; no subscription, no automatic renewal
- Delivered as a PDF by email
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering a brief, including:
- Your name and contact details
- Billing address
- For business customers: valid VAT number (if claiming VAT exemption)
- Payment information
3.2 Business vs Consumer Purchases
Bespoke briefs are primarily intended for business customers (B2B). If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules apply and prevail over conflicting provisions.
Business customers within the EU with valid VAT numbers may be eligible for VAT reverse charge (0% VAT), subject to validation of the VAT number via the EU VIES database. You are responsible for self-accounting for VAT in your jurisdiction.
Consumer customers and business customers without valid VAT numbers will be charged Belgian VAT at the applicable rate (currently 21%).
3.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (payment links) or by invoice. We do not store your payment card details. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Work on a brief begins after payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Licence and Usage Rights
4.1 Bespoke Briefs: Limited Licence Grant
Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to:
- Download and view your brief for your internal business purposes
- Print copies for your personal or internal business use
- Share the brief within your organisation (for business customers only)
Organisation means the single legal entity that commissioned the brief (not including affiliates unless expressly agreed in writing). You may share the brief with your employees and contractors who need access for internal business purposes, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these Terms.
4.2 Bespoke Briefs: Usage Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit a brief
- Publicly share a brief outside your organisation
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from a brief
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use automated systems to extract data from a brief
4.3 Longevity Events Pulse: Sharing Permitted
The free Pulse may be shared and forwarded in unmodified form, with attribution to longevents.hyperadvancer.com. You may not sell it, modify it, or present it as your own work.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
All Pulse editions and briefs, including their content, design, compilation, and presentation, are the exclusive property of Inovasi GCV and are protected by Belgian and international copyright laws.
5.2 Retention of Rights
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our reports and briefs, including the underlying database and methodology. Your licence is limited to the rights expressly granted in Section 4.
5.3 Speaker and Event Data
Our reports and briefs contain publicly available information about events, speakers, and industry participants compiled from public sources at the time of publication. Event programmes and speaker line-ups may change after publication. Content reflects public sources as they existed at the time of compilation.
6. Refunds, Withdrawal, and Conformity
6.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers Only)
If you commission a brief as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Because a brief is produced to your specifications, we will not begin work during the withdrawal period unless you expressly request early performance. If you request that we begin work immediately and the brief is delivered before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance; if you withdraw after requesting early performance but before delivery, you owe a proportionate amount for the work already performed.
6.2 Lack of Conformity (All Customers)
Under EU law, digital content must conform to the contract. If a brief lacks conformity because it is:
- Defective (e.g., file corrupted, cannot be opened, missing pages)
- Incomplete (e.g., substantial parts of the agreed scope missing)
- Not as agreed (e.g., content substantially different from the agreed scope)
You may request remedies within 2 years of delivery.
Available Remedies (in order):
- Bring into Conformity – We will correct the brief or deliver the missing parts at no cost to you. This is your primary remedy.
- Proportionate Price Reduction – Where bringing into conformity is impossible, disproportionate, or not completed within a reasonable time, you may request a partial refund proportionate to the lack of conformity.
- Termination and Full Refund – Where the lack of conformity is serious, cannot be remedied, or we fail to remedy it within a reasonable time, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
How to Request a Remedy:
Email: support@hyperadvancer.com
Subject:"Lack of Conformity - [Order/Invoice ID]"
Include:
- Your name and order or invoice reference
- Description of the lack of conformity
- Screenshots or evidence if possible
- Your preferred remedy (correction, price reduction, refund)
Our Response:
We will respond within 5 business days and provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time (typically 14 days).
Not Covered:
Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "I expected different conclusions") where the brief matches the agreed scope is not a lack of conformity.
For full details, see our Refund Policy.
7. Bespoke Brief Engagements
7.1 Scoping
Every brief starts with a short, free scoping exchange in which we confirm what our data can answer and agree the scope, price, and delivery date in writing (email). The agreed scope is the contractual description of the brief.
7.2 No Subscription
Briefs are one-off engagements. There is no recurring charge, automatic renewal, or ongoing commitment.
7.3 Changes to Scope
Scope changes requested after payment are agreed separately and may be quoted as additional work.

If we fail to deliver a paid brief within the agreed timeframe:
- You may set an additional reasonable deadline for delivery (e.g., 7 days)
- If we still fail to deliver, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund
8.3 Re-delivery
